Meredith Singer is the CEO & Founder of Impact Advocacy LLC, a federal lobbying and advocacy firm created to advance legislation, regulations, and public policies that support women's health and well-being, as well as other issues. 

With more than 30 years of experience in her field and leveraging her expertise in corporate lobbying and advocacy on behalf of Fortune 100 companies, Meredith combines her experience as a breast cancer survivor with her passion for achieving tangible policy results . 

Meredith has regularly lobbied the U.S. Congress and Administration officials; interfaced with senior company leadership; managed multiple employees and outside consultants; created and executed strategies for global policy priorities in close coordination with myriad business units; and written legislative language, Congressional testimony, and regulatory comments. 

Prior to founding her firm, Meredith served as the head of tax policy for GE Vernova, where she was responsible for shaping and influencing U.S. and global tax policies, regulations, and legislation that affected the company. Notably, she represented the company’s corporate tax policy interests through passage of the One Big Beautiful Bill (H.R.1), securing key corporate and international tax policy wins. Meredith also led federal government affairs for HP Inc. And, she served as a government and regulatory affairs executive with IBM, where she spent 15 years managing the company’s labor, employment, immigration, employee benefits, and education policy portfolios.

Her earlier career included representing companies in multiple trade associations, namely the US-China Business Council, AmCham Moscow, and the Telecommunications Industry Association.  She also spent several years living and working abroad in Russia and Slovenia. 

Meredith has a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.A. in East Asian Studies from The George Washington University. She also is an internationally certified Les Mills™ BODYPUMP instructor and is group fitness (land and aqua) certified.
